The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator might be new to the pickup truck segment, but it’s making a solid impression. This all-new midsize truck from the American carmaker recently dominated the 25th annual “Mudfest” competition, earning the title of the 2019 Northwest Outdoor Activity Vehicle of the Year from the automotive journalist members of the Northwest Automotive Press Association.
The Gladiator was lauded by NWAPA President John Vincent for “an exceptionally functional blend of SUV and pickup attributes that northwest consumers crave.”
To determine the winner of this competition, more than 25 NWAPA automotive journalists put the eligible vehicles through two days of testing on paved and off-road tracks. This testing took place at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington. There were six categories winners were selected in, and the overall winner — the 2020 Gladiator — was chosen from the category winners.
NWAPA also recognized the Gladiator as the winner in the Truck and Extreme Capability categories.
You can now get the 2020 Gladiator here at Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep® Ram.
