Dodge has announced the pricing for its new 2015 Dodge Charger lineup, and boy it’s looking good. Starting from $27,995 at Shuman Motor Company, you could get the world’s most powerful sedan, complete with an eight-speed automatic transmission and award-winning 292-horsepower Pentastar V6 engine.
Though enhancing your Charger to its very limits can drive the price all the way up to $63,995 with the hot SRT Hellcat, the base four-door muscle car offers more performance, technology, and equipment than ever before.
Thanks to its 292-horsepower V6 engine and standard TorqueFlite eight-speed transmission, the base Charger SE gets an impressive 31 highway mpg despite being able to rev up to 204 mph. Inside, it’s also got a large 5.0-inch Uconnect touchscreen and new 7-inch full-color driver information display, so if you didn’t hear the roar of the engine outside you might think you were in a luxury car.
“We’re pushing the boundaries of what a full-size sedan can or should be even further,” said Tim Kuniskis, President and CEO, Dodge and SRT. “We’ve seriously modernized the look and feel and added a standard eight-speed transmission across the lineup. The 2015 Dodge Charger Lineup is now tighter, leaner and more athletic, without sacrificing the proportions, performance, driving dynamics, attitude and price that attracted customers in the first place.”
